Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Cyber Security team as a Data & Digital Records Specialist to focus on implementing data classification and protection strategies, optimizing compliance settings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Your work will be crucial in managing the lifecycle of digital records and mitigating data risks.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain data classification frameworks for data protection.
Develop and enforce policies for data handling, encryption, and access controls.
Optimize Microsoft Purview compliance features and implement best practices.
Conduct risk assessments related to data management and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
Oversee the lifecycle of digital records from creation to secure disposal.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance features.
Experience in risk management principles and methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in simplifying regulatory and compliance requirements.
Understanding of control frameworks like ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, or IEC-62443.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Technical risk management certification is a bonus.
Skills in implementing retention, eDiscovery, and Communication Compliance in Microsoft Purview.
