Proclinical is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a leading provider of medical technologies. This is a permanent role and will be located in Singapore.
The Customer Service Representative will be fully responsible for all order processing, shipment arrangement, after sales service and invoicing activities for assigned regions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall order processing from order receipt to invoice and ensure the efficiently and accuracy of the overall customer order fulfilment process.
- Works cross-functionally to support timely delivery of all products to the customers.
- Ensure order entry accuracy in SAP.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback/complaints in a timely & professional manners.
- Manage customer order issues by constantly work closely with partners in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution Centre to make the necessary rectifications; proactively identifying root causes and eliminating defects in relation to customer service.
- Follow-up on shipment details to keep customer notified of in-transit goods.
- Manage good return from customers as per company policies and guidelines.
- Liaise with US Applier Repair Centre for applier repair return from customers.
- Manage and review backlog, shipment and billing through regular analysis.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
- BMinimum Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in order fulfilment/management in a fast paced environment, preferably with APAC exposure.
- Strong Analytical skills, efficient, deadline - oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP system (eg. SAP, Oracle) & Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Possess problem solving skills and ability to exercise good judgment acumen.
- Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a dynamic or high pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Both customer and process oriented; capable of satisfying customer needs while following processes and complete transactions in a financially and legally compliant manner.
- A good team player and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate must be willing to travel when require.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels.
- Strong team player attitude.
- Ability to work diligently and meet datelines.
- Self-motivated and able to successfully perform tasks independently under minimum supervision.
