Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing face-to-face IT support to over 2,000 end users, ensuring swift resolutions to their IT queries or problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Provide proactive, customer-focused support to end users.
Use ITSM systems to log and track end user incidents, working within SLAs.
Identify recurring issues and challenges, raising these with the relevant teams for further investigation.
Build strong relationships within the team and with end users.
Learn and acquire new technical skills to build strong knowledge of the products and services we provide.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment is desirable.
Experience of building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing users' laptops would be greatly beneficial.
Excellent problem-solving and people skills.
Experience in using ITSM systems.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Eagerness to learn and acquire new technical skills.
Experience with enterprise solutions such as Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron & Nexthink would be beneficial.
Experience working with iOS devices as well as with Windows hardware and meeting room technology would be beneficial.
