Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to collaborate in a vibrant team supporting clinical trials across Hungary. This is a home-based position with regular on-site monitoring responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and bring solid experience in clinical research. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful studies within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site monitoring visits, typically 6-8 days per month.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Perform source data verification and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with site staff to resolve issues and maintain study timelines.
- Prepare and submit monitoring visit reports.
- Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site personnel.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Research Associate within Hungary.
- Solid knowledge of on-site monitoring and clinical trial procedures.
- Strong grasp of GCP guidelines and relevant local regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
- Flexibility to travel for on-site visits as needed.
