Proclinical are recruiting for a CQV Lead DSP/USP/Bioconjugates to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Visp.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for preparing and implementing CQV actions linking to Downstream Process Equipment.
  • Handle CQ development and implementation actions with respect to the pertinent systems.
  • Serve as a key member of the CQ team and offer leadership concerning downstream buffer and filtration systems.
  • Uphold control over the actions and schedule with respect to the pertinent systems.
  • Contribute to sessions to outline/agree work breakdown structure with respect to the pertinent systems.
  • Arrange and discuss with any other resources for downstream buffer and filtration systems-connected concerns.
  • You will adhere to project processes/needs with respect to Health/Safety/Environmental, Quality which involves, GDP/GMP, as well as CQ, which involves MCP, MQP, DQ, IQ, OQ, Commissioning, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will report and assist the resolution of project problems, which involves upholding the non-conformance records.
  • Support in assessing project risk and reviewing the efficiency of mitigation methods implemented.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a life science or engineering field.
  • Demonstrable experience in commissioning/qualification/validation such as DQ, IQ, OQ, Commissioning, etc., actions in a pharmaceutical/biotech organisation.
  • Expertise in Downstream system, CIP / SIP, as well as DeltaV.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be ideal.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Know-how of cGMP and of regulatory needs.
  • Capable of working under minimal supervision fulfilling deliverables in target dates.
  • Fluent German is a distinct preference.
  • Acquaintance with the clients Commissioning / Qualification Approach, as well as COMOS/KNEAT platforms.
  • Expertise on biopharmaceutical.
