Proclinical are seeking a driven and collaborative Clinical Operations individual to join a rapidly growing vendor based in Europe, delivering personalised clinical trial support and operationalising their program.

This role is for an established company at over 10 years old, they're expanding quickly into Europe and are looking for a Clinical Trial Support & Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role can be remote in either United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium or Italy.

Responsibilities:

Support clinical operations & feasibility teams at assigned industry sponsors, maximizing the value of our platform in support of site feasibility/outreach for clinical trials.
Build a network of contacts within sponsors to understand site feasibility operations and workflows.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our service within the assigned sponsors, managing study opportunities and liaising with all relevant stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in clinical trial operational roles within sponsor organizations (Pharma, Biotech or CRO).
Degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare Professional, with working knowledge of the operational aspects of clinical trials.
Strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work closely with and influence cross-functional groups and stakeholders.
