Proclinical are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager, on behalf of a globally-renowned bio-pharmaceutical organisation with HQ in Switzerland.

Overview:
Our partner has been a major contributor in research and development to find cure for several crippling rare diseases affecting our society today. With several product lunches over the last decade and continued success in obtaining fast-track approval, the plan is to continue advancing their phase II-III studies in their mission to save lives.

As an experienced Clinical Trial Manager, you will be responsible to oversee study deliverables globally and work collaboratively with the Clinical Trial Leader(s) to ensure key milestone are met within time and budget. You will be responsible for CRO and vendor management as well as oversight of CRAs, with linked co-monitoring activities when required.

This is a 12-month contract located in Zurich with flexibility to work from home with 2 days in the office.

Skills & Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical study management role within a Pharma or Biotech organisation.
Experience in managing international studies within a cross-functional role.
Vendor management experience.
Prior involvement in highly multifaceted therapy areas would be preferable.
A CRA background and experience in co-monitoring would be ideal.
Exhibited multitasking, project management and implementation abilities.
Interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, influencing and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
An organised individual who is efficient, punctual and collaborative within a team setting.
Computer literacy in MS Office.
Experience in leadership of cross-functional teams (bonus).
Additional language e.g. French or German would be appreciated.
