Proclinical is working with a leading CRO who are looking for a skilled Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their team in Belgium. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field and fluency in French, Dutch, and English. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site visits to ensure that clinical trials are conducted according to protocol and regulatory requirements. There are 6-8 monthly sites visits across Belgium.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage study activities at study sites.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of study activities and data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with study site staff and investigators.
- Monitor and report on study progress to study team and management.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, pharmacy).
- At least one year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
