Clinical Project Manager/ Senior PM - Permanent - Remote US

Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to support exciting projects in the Renal and Autoimmune therapy areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role offers the opportunity to lead global studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The Renal project is particularly urgent, so candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply promptly.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong background in full-service project management within a CRO setting.
• Proven experience managing global clinical studies.
• Expertise in bid defense and budget negotiation processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

The Clinical Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for clinical trial programmes, ensuring successful execution across all phases.
• Lead global studies while maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Support bid defence presentations and play an active role in budget planning and negotiations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery.
• Anticipate potential risks and challenges, implementing proactive solutions to minimise impact.
• Deliver clear and timely project updates, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and key milestones.

Compensation:

• $160,000 to $180,000 per annum.
