Clinical Project Manager

Proclinical are recruiting for a Clinical Project Manager to join a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Japan with hybrid working available.

Responsibilities:

• Guide efforts to document and coach the internal clinical study team, vendor CRAs, and study team.
• You will develop and uphold a working expertise of both study specific and overall disease pathology.
• Uphold efficient communication with cross-functional teams and shareholders.
• Support the preparation and proposal of regulatory applications for the clinical study when suitable.
• Guarantee that the clinical study is both registered and upheld on a public database if appropriate.
• Contribute to site selection and principal investigator alterations throughout the clinical study.
• The ideal candidate will check the clinical information in marketing resources from SBUs whether they are prepared, such as terminology, translation, etc., from a clinical perspective if required.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific, health or business connected discipline, as well as pertinent work experience.
• Or Educated to an advanced degree level with exhibited research or project management experience.
• Acquaintance with performing medical device/drug clinical studies, which involves expertise on suitable guidelines and standards would be ideal.
• Fluency in the English language.
