Proclinical are recruiting a Clinical Project Manager for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Germany. The client is focused on offering R&D players with full-service advances within a collaborative framework.

Responsibilities:

Guide and handle the project team's general performance, guaranteeing proper execution of protocol/modification(s).
Warrant all project deliverables meet client's expectations.
Recognise all resources needed, out of scope actions and requests for change order hen suitable.
Address and strictly adhere to CROs and their client's SOPs, regulations and suitable local and global legislation.
The ideal candidate will respect the rights, safety and well-being of subjects and guarantees data precision and veracity.
Contribute to the planning of an audit and the pertinent CAPA plan and its execution.
Support in the management, review an evolvement of project team members.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

Educated to a university degree level in a pertinent discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in a project managerial role.
Proficiency as a manager and leader.
Inspirational, deliberation, presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
An organised individual with the ability to manage tine efficiently.
Outcomes focused with a high attention to detail.
Capable of working on various tasks simultaneously and prioritising workload.
Able to analyse data and work under minimal supervision.
Fluency in the English language.
