Proclinical are working with an extremely exciting start up biotech who are looking for their first clinical hire.

This biotech is a comprised of top scientists from a leading pharma company who have taken part of the pipeline to spin off into a brand new company. Their pipeline of 3 studies have already been through the R&D process from its original major pharma parent and so has a large amount of excitement around it in the pharma community.

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join the team and drive this pipeline into the clinic and beyond!

The Role:

Leading the Clinical trials of the company from a Clinical Project Management perspective.
Choosing and managing CROs who will be running the 50+ global sites.
Working directly with the CMO.

Requirements:

8+ years experience managing clinical trials.
Experience working in a small company setting.
Ability to work independently.
Extensive knowledge of managing vendors and CROs.
Global project management experience.
Willingness to work at least 1 day per week in the office (South Paris).

What is on offer?

Up to €150,000 base salary.
Stock options + 10% annual bonus.
The chance to lead this biotechs global studies as they go into the clinic next year.
