Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Packaging Operator for a contract role based in Switzerland. In this role, you will perform assigned manufacturing tasks related to the manual packaging and labeling of clinical trial materials. Your work will ensure timely production while adhering to quality standards, GMP guidelines, and safety regulations.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Manually label and package primary-packed medications for clinical trials.
  • Execute all assigned tasks according to the production plan and GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Accurately and promptly complete batch documentation as part of production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, including adherence to 5S principles.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules and guidelines.
  • Conduct in-process controls and ensure compliance with current GMP standards.
  • Document activities accurately on paper and in electronic batch records per GMP requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions for processes, safety, hygiene, and organization.
  • Attend all relevant training sessions and maintain required qualifications.
  • Be open to overtime or shift work (early and late shifts) if necessary.
  • Collaborate with other units and support tasks in other areas when needed.

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Fine motor skills and enjoyment of precise work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in GMP environments or critical areas is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German.
