Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to oversee the operational delivery of clinical studies in the UK. This role involves ensuring quality, compliance, and performance across all phases of clinical trials. You will be pivotal in managing site relationships and leading a team of Clinical Research Associates, focusing on patient-centric and inclusive practices.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational delivery of clinical studies from start-up to close-out.
- Represent the UK in global study teams, driving timelines and recruitment.
- Manage site relationships and performance within the UK.
- Lead and support UK-based Clinical Research Associates.
- Collaborate with local Medical Affairs and colleagues for alignment on start-up and execution.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead study risk management, budget oversight, and diversity plans.
- Support responses to IRB/IEC/Health Authority queries and audits.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong background in clinical operations with direct site interaction experience.
- Proven leadership skills in delivering studies with quality and compliance.
- Strategic communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Understanding of the UK clinical trial landscape and regulatory environment.
