Cell Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Cell Manufacturing Associate to join a cutting-edge biotech company. This is a contract role located in Philadelphia, PA.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum A.S. degree in biology, chemistry, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 1+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical-based GMP manufacturing operations
• 1+ years of experience performing mammalian cell culture
• A background in cell culture, aseptic gowning and qualification, and/or ISO class 7 cleanroom operations is required.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom environments

The Cell Manufacturing Associate will:

• Follow compliance and regulatory requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and understands 'why' behind the regulations. Able to coach and mentor others to do the same
• Identify communicate, address and improve complex cGMP compliance and regulatory gaps and issues
• Follow, execute, author, and improve the efficiency and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records (BRs)
• Train others on SOPs, equipment, all unit operations and non-manufacturing SOPs and systems
• Responsible for the manufacturing of Master and Working Cell Banks and performing activities within production facilities to support manufacture of Cell & Gene Therapy products, and final product fills according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

Compensation:

$27 hourly
