Proclinical are recruiting a CAPEX Project Manager or a biotech corporation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Bern.

Responsibilities:

Guide multi-disciplinary teams through project life cycle actions to distribute capacity growth abilities to meet both international and local tactical needs.
Accountable for offering cGMP compliant procedures and facilities suitable for FDA and international regulatory approval.
You will develop and uphold integrated project plans and supervise project actions for adherence to milestone timelines, deliverables and budget against approved plan.
Guarantee that initiatives are in line with the business foals and tactical philosophy.
Responsible for accomplishing project lifecycle actions via performance qualification.
The ideal candidate will influence the teams to work well with others, to be customer oriented as well as deliver superior performance through personal leadership skills, training and efficient communication.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree level in an engineering, business administration or life science field.
At least 5+ years of experience in handling major capital projects within a pharmaceutical organisation.
Know-how of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in an FDA regulated facility.
Comprehension of project management principles and project lifecycle phases, which involves expertise on validation, CMC and facility regulatory proposal needs.
Familiarity with handling high level project budgets.
Capable of managing various tasks simultaneously and incorporate project planning efforts across functions.
Able to comprehend "the big picture".
Ability to resolve issues.
Fluency in the English and German languages.
