Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about making a significant impact within the Life Science industry. The company offer a dynamic work environment with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and manage Level 2 and 3 C&Q Schedule
Ensure readiness for execution
Manage and coordinate document preparation
Oversee C&Q execution
Manage resources including C&Q Document Preparation and C&Q Execution
Supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
Execute onsite C&Q test cases
Maintain C&Q input to level 4 schedule and cost report
Coordinate with Operations regarding Performance Qualification (PQ) and engineering runs
Adhere to safety, compliance, and quality procedures
Track progress and prepare monthly reports
Prepare Commissioning Final Report (CFR) / Qualification Final Report (QFR)
Complete System Handover
Provide technical support for Clean Utilities PQ 1 and Environmental Monitoring (EM) PQ 1
Close out C&Q (QFR)
Participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Authority Inspection and audits
Control Training status of C&Q team

Requirements:

Experience in C&Q Management
Previous roles in a growth project environment
Proficiency in Small Molecules
Fluency in English and German
Ability to be on site for a significant portion of the week, including full time during the execution phase.
