Business Systems Support Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to join a dedicated team. This hybrid role involves both remote work and in-office presence, particularly during the initial integration period. The ideal candidate is someone who is fluent in French with a good command of English, who can bring their expertise in PAS-X, CSV System Validation, and MBR Design to our dynamic team.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CSV System Validation and MBR Verification
• Design and implement MBRs
• Provide on-call support during nights and weekends on a rotational basis
• Collaborate with a team to ensure compliance with GXP standards

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English
• Experience with PAS-X
• Strong background in CSV System Validation and MBR Design
• GXP experience is advantageous
• Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation
