Proclinical is seeking a dynamic individual to join a passionate team in the role of Business Systems Manager. The successful candidate will support the digital transformation and cloud-first architecture strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of business and manufacturing processes, optimizing workflow with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Serve as IT Site Representative, ensuring communication between IT and the business.
- Utilize ERPs for process analysis and determining most efficient solutions.
- Coordinate system hardware and software implementation, ensuring data integrity and acceptable audit controls.
- Foster good relationships with customers, ensuring processes meet customer expectations and align with company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science or similar field with several years' experience.
- Microsoft D365 F&O expertise, supply chain and finance business processes, and project execution.
- Fluent in both English and German, verbal and written.
