Proclinical is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in portfolio management to support stakeholders in optimizing processes, enhancing system capabilities, and driving effective project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable solutions, particularly within Planisware or similar enterprise PPM systems, while fostering best practices in portfolio management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
  • Strong background in business analysis, with experience in portfolio management processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in Planisware or similar enterprise PPM systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.

The Business Analyst's responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand portfolio management processes, investment governance, project lifecycle needs, resource planning challenges, and reporting expectations.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and Planisware configuration specifications.
  • Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and design solutions for Planisware enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Support change management activities, including UAT coordination and post-implementation reviews.
  • Promote best practices and maturity in portfolio management and Planisware utilization.
  • Define and support PPM standard processes, including stage-gating, project planning, activity-based forecasting, and resource management.
  • Manage project delivery using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure deliverables align with business needs and reporting objectives.
