Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst with a pharmaceutical company located in Boston, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

Review Coupa release upgrades and analyzing impact of new features or changes to existing features.
Provide 2nd or 3rd level support to business-users of Coupa.
Communicate to each risk domain that supplier assessment and qualification has been completed and request has been sent to Finance for onboarding of the supplier.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable qualification/experience.
Life science industry experience.
3 years of relevant experience in commercial/procurement function.
Experience working with Oracle and/or Coupa preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
