Associate Manager, US Meetings Management - Contract - Remote US

Proclinical is seeking an Associate Manager for US Meetings Management to support the planning, budgeting, and execution of meetings, events, and conferences.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery while contributing to broader departmental initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong project management experience, particularly in event coordination within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Cvent is required.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with working alongside healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel (10-15%).
- Bachelor's degree required.
The Associate Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute meetings, events, and conferences.
- Manage financial aspects, including creating and reviewing budgets, tracking vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), and conducting finance audits.
- Oversee tasks such as registration website creation, conference sponsorship submissions, and Cvent audits.
- Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and financial processes.
- Contribute to department-wide programs and projects to drive organizational success.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and corporate culture while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration in project development and execution.
Compensation:
- $60 to $65 per hour.
