Associate Director, Project Initiation Lead - Visp, Switzerland - Permanent
Proclinical is actively seeking an Associate Director - Project Initiation Lead. This is a permanent position located in Visp, Switzerland.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in toxicology or related fields, who is passionate about leading drug discovery and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global regulatory guidelines that shape toxicology program strategies. This role requires excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under timeline constraints.
Skills & Requirements:
- PhD in toxicology or related fields.
- Experience in leading drug discovery and development programs.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and devise mitigation plans.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
The Associate Director will:
- Lead drug discovery and development programs in toxicology through significant milestones such as candidate identification, first-in-man studies, and proof-of-concept.
- Understand and apply global regulatory guidelines to shape the toxicology program strategy.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects under timeline constraints.
- Maintain effective interactions with internal and external collaborators.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively devise mitigation plans.
