Proclinical is collaborating with a medical communications organisation who are recruiting for an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in London. The opening position that is currently available is for an Associate Director to join our Consumer Health team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver strategic earned media campaigns that meet clients' objectives.
Oversee the account, providing strategy and guidance.
Manage high profile consumer campaign launches and conduct research projects.
Coordinate actions, managing both up and down to ensure high standards of work to deadlines.
Embed strategy and insight throughout, and understand the broader environment and implications for the team and account.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Expertise in consumer health/wellbeing communication.
Proficiency in developing strategic plans that meet clients' objectives.
Skill in developing media stories and strategies that generate key message rich coverage in consumer health and lifestyle media.
Experience developing content for consumer audiences, including media materials.
Ability to forge strong client relationships and earn their trust.
Experience in managing high-performing teams to deliver excellence.
Experience supporting the leadership team across all areas of the business.
Experience developing and delivering new business pitches.
Experience in budgeting, managing account finances, and team resourcing.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate workload effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
