Proclinical are partnering with a pharmaceutical organisation who are recruiting for an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Germany. The position that is currently available in this organisation, is for an Associate Direct Clinical Data Management, Oncology.

Responsibilities:

Partake in the development and evaluation of portfolio documents such as contracts, regulations, budgets, metrics, KPIs, etc.
Responsible for the team development and recognition of high-performance team members.
Arrange and perform team meetings.
You will comply with GCPs, suitable regulatory guidelines, SOPs, policies, and CDM guidance documents (when available).
Work alongside the (senior) director of clinical data management for team development.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in clinical data management with familiarity in oversight of DM actions in a lead and dm project management role.
Expertise of global regulations such as ICH-GCP, for the performance of clinical research projects and acquaintance with clinical databases and procedures.
Prior involvement within clinical database systems and procedures as well as resource planning.
Educated to a degree level in a natural/life science or scientific field or demonstrable experience working within a CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical organisation in a clinical data management role.
