Proclinical are recruiting for an AM/AD/SAD to join a medical communications organisation. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from either LA or New York.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the delivery of social content that visually stands out and pushes the boundaries in novelty and performance.
Collaborate with a broader team, which includes a VP of Pharma, an Account Director and Account Managers from various Business Units to develop the account above and beyond the company's present standing to new heights.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Demonstratable experience in a digital/social account management role within a pharma or healthcare organisation.
Acquaintance with and competence in client facing communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Comfortable conversing with clients of all levels globally.
Works well with others.
Comprehension of all social platforms, novelties, and prospects.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced setting on multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and resolving issues.
Computer literacy.
Familiarity with submission authoring and presentation of campaign concepts.
Expertise on creative and paid formats as well as audiences in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
Keen and knowledgeable on digital technologies.
