Proclinical are recruiting an Agile Coach/ Program Manager for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Zurich. The client is focused on bringing better health and futures to people on an international basis.

Responsibilities:

Guide workshops and training sessions on topics, for example: story pointing, user story creation, prioritisation, etc.
Guarantee that feedback loops are short and that what is learned is used for improvement.
You will establish underlying procedures that facilitate agile ways of operating.
Enable team ceremonies from sprint planning to demonstration as well as tracking progress and accomplishment of the team objectives at day-to-day stand-ups.
Assist other teams and conventional parts of the establishment.
Form efficient communication and engagement with the team.
The ideal candidate will assist with agile distribution of international projects of unique product identifier such as track & trace and serialisation.
Responsible for facilitating prioritisation and arrangement of UPI-projects and actions by offering transparency on the progress of work.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

At least 2 - 4 years of experience in a consulting role within a pharma organisation.
An agile certification, or experience working and/or guiding agile teams.
Familiarity Track & Trace/ Serialisation which involves international experience which would be ideal.
Acquaintance with GxP-Requirements and CSV (computer systems validation).
Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline or pertinent work experience.
Past involvement in agile development operating in a scrum master role.
At least 4+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development setting.
Comprehension of Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Past involvement with Jira, Confluence, Q-test, Veeva Vault DMS, SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (SAP ATTP), SAP ICH and Tracelink would be advantageous.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
A comfortable individual who can guide multi-day workshops and training modules.
