Administrative Coordinator - Contract - Wilmington, DE
Proclinical is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Technical Operations department.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communication tasks. Your organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the team.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in managing schedules and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication skills for handling calls and correspondence.
- Experience with processing financial documents like contracts and invoices.
The Administrative Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements, including scheduling meetings and preparing itineraries.
- Support communication efforts by handling calls, distributing mail, and managing faxes and documents.
- Order necessary supplies such as books, articles, and office materials.
- Process contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices efficiently.
