Proclinical is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Basel. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative services, assist management with tasks such as tracking and compiling information, and prepare reports. You will also manage correspondence and may handle confidential information.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support
- Organize meetings and conference rooms
- Coordinate catering services
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Manage calendars Support events and smaller projects
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Training as a commercial employee or similar
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to work flexibly and independently Responsible and precise work ethic
- Excellent organizational and IT skills Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and quick learning ability Knowledge of SAP is a plus
