ABA Instructor - Contract - Philadelphia PA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Instructor.

Primary Responsibilities:

The role involves assisting with learning activities, interactive play and daily tasks for children aged 3-5 years. The successful candidate will also be responsible for observing child behaviors to collect data, nurturing a child's social abilities and communicating behavioral intervention findings to parents and caregivers.

Skills & Requirements:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) qualification
Proven working experience is not required but is an advantage
Ability to work with children aged 3-5 years of age
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team (ratio 3:8, 1 master and 2 instructors)

The ABA Instructor's responsibilities will be:

Assisting with learning activities and interactive play daily
Supply the children with toilet training when applicable
Assisting children with day-to-day tasks
Observing child behaviors to collect data
Nurturing a child's social abilities
Informing parents and other caregivers about behavioral intervention findings when needed
