We were met with the task of fulfilling their immediate requirements to hire manager-level candidates, whilst pipelining future leaders for the business. As only a few companies have biosimilars expertise, we were dedicated to finding quality talent within a small candidate pool.

Solution

We utilised access to existing networks of niche passive talent thanks to investment into first-rate resourcing techniques and exhibited at a biosimilars conference to discover talent and better understand the client’s needs. Our solution implemented a streamlined hiring process for multiple interviews and we remained flexible and adapted to client’s changing needs (including attending meetings at whichever location suited the client).

Outcome


Despite strict timelines, we filled all roles with high-level candidates to budget and in a timely manner. Our relationship with the client expanded beyond the original project and we have continued to support their recruitment process in other areas. They remain a valued client and we work with them on an ongoing basis.
