Proclinical, in support of our client, are seeking an individual to fill the role of Vice President of Patient Recruitment, based in New York. The successful candidate will become an expert in guiding strategic, insight-based communication plans to accomplish recruitment and retention objectives, while providing the highest level of client services.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-disciplinary recruitment campaigns while managing budget through optimizing agency resources and identifying and engaging external partners
Engender confidence through a client-focused attitude and ensure positive client interactions.
Become a key player in identifying opportunities to cultivate organic growth among existing clients.

Skills And Qualifications

BA in a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience at a CRO or communications agency (both preferred).
Qualified candidates will be experienced with the both clinical trial recruitment activities as well as strategic communications.
Mentor employees and advocate for professional growth within the team.
