Proclinical is pleased to advertise an exciting vacancy for a Vendor Management Remediation Project Manager to join a medical technology company that is committed to defend against time-sensitive situations by providing medical countermeasures to more than 30 countries around the world.
Located in Missouri, the Vendor Management Remediation Project Manager will be responsible for supporting and overseeing Management Remediation to ensure successful deliveries within the scope of contract, deliverables, project schedules, and budget parameters. This is a contracted role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing activities of vendor management remediation and personnel to ensure project progressions on schedule and within budget.
- Engaging with existing clients and partners in an Account Management capacity to establish practical approaches that are mutually agreeable for project and program execution.
- Preparing program status reports prepared by project personnel and overseeing the modification of schedules and plans as required.
- Ensuring transparent, timely, and accurate completion of projects according to stakeholder satisfaction, and developing client relationships to increase future business.
- Creating and delivering presentations, along with leading and facilitating meetings with partners and clients.
- Formulating, analysing, and developing project plans, schedules, costs, and budgets, ensuring conformance to work standards, customer requirements, and the cost of implementation and operations.
- Developing systems and maintain records that provide for proper evaluation, control, and documentation of assigned activities.
- Preparing a variety of written correspondence, reporting, procedures, directives, and other materials.
Skills and Requirements:
- A bachelors' degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or Business.
- 5-7 years of experience with Vendor/Supplier Quality Management or Supply Chain Management in a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
- Project Management Institute Management Professional (PgMP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and client facing skills.
- Excellent English written and oral skills.
- Demonstrable customer management skills, and an ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- The ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working in a consulting environment preferred.
