Validation Engineer

Proclinical is partnering with a leading Biotechnology company that offers a range of consultation services for pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, including documentation needs, validation, temperature mapping, process mapping, root cause analysis, systematic problem solving, and project management. The organisation is seeking for several Validation Engineers to join their team in North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale validation project with a prestigious organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the pre-project go live phase.
• Performing gap analysis of the company's existing validation protocols and procedures.
• Identifying shortfalls in existing validation practices as well as areas that require new protocols and procedures to be created.
• Following the completion of the gap analysis, the Process Validation Engineer will write, edit, and execute validation protocols, as well as executing re-validation work.

Skills and Requirements:

• A strong process validation background.
• 3-5 years of validation experience.
• 3-5 years of Life Sciences experience.
• A proven track record of creating, drafting, reviewing, and editing validation documentation, including SOPs, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Prepared to work hard to meet ambitious deadlines and exceed clients' expectations
• Proficiency in MS Office.
