Travel Data Auditor

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Travel Data Auditor, based in Raynham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales consultants in preparing for audits.
• Hold pre-audit calls to review the process and create schedule.
• Obtain Sales Consultant feedback regarding scheduling/credentialing requirements.
• Communicate final schedule of locations to all stakeholders.
• Participate in scheduling activities as applicable.
• Travel to all locations with field inventory.
• Perform physical (implant-level) count of all inventory provided.
• Perform physical (set-level) count on instrument sets (RFID scan/capture).
• Provide all pertinent information to the applicable Audit Analyst in a timely manner.
• Ensure credentialing requirements are met for all hospitals to be visited.
• Provide any prep materials to Sales Consultants as applicable. Participate in scheduling activities as applicable.
• Compile data upon count completion.
• Present variance summary to Sales Consultants and identify action items required for reconciliation.
• Target variance within +/-5% at standard cost.
• Identify breakdowns in the field inventory process and communicate identifiable issues to Asset Management team.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the inventory management and auditing processes, and how they impact each other. Educate the sales force on the audit process to ensure accurate results.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA in related preferred. Experience with inventory auditing required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and JDEdwards experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with field sales consultants in relevant area preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
