Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Talent Attraction Specialist II position with a leading pharmaceutical company that specialises in diabetes care. The organisation provides leading and innovative treatments for diabetes, obesity, haemophilia, and growth disorders. The Talent Attraction Specialist II will join this company in their office in New Jersey. Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to determine sourcing strategies key/critical/difficult to fill open positions.
  • Implementing strategies to identify the most qualified diverse slate of candidates for these open positions.
  • Developing customized/robust/innovative candidate sourcing strategies based on industry trends, competitive intelligence, institutional knowledge, and experience to effectively identify and attract top talent.
  • Participating in building talent communities and pipelines for critical/key positions by leveraging existing technologies/resources (i.e. ATS & CRM databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), advanced sourcing capabilities (i.e. Boolean search methods/ techniques, social networking, research tools, etc.), and other creative techniques
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with global and local recruitment policies.

  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
