At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Stroke Neuro Program Coordinator, based in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

Organize services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach to the care of the neurologic and neurosurgical patient population.
Collaborate with the Medical Director and Nursing Unit Directors in carrying out the educational, clinical, research, administrative, and outreach activities of the neurosurgical program and stroke program.
Demographic information limited Patient Health Information as related to job function.

Skills And Qualifications

MA in nursing and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Current California RN license (Nurse Practitioner preferred).
5 years clinical experience with 2 years of program management
Experience in data collection, entry, and analysis.
Occasional travel will be required.
