Sr. Manager Business Finance Planning & Reporting

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Manager/Sr. Manager Business Finance Planning and Reporting, based in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning efforts for program related spend for one of lead programs.
• Work with relevant teams to forecast, understand and incorporate short- and long-term forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs and other departmental business partners to lead and be responsible for annual planning, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning.
• Work with business planning leads to ensure proper resource allocation.
• Present budget in relevant meetings and collaborate with operational teams to develop relevant content.
• Partner with relevant groups to ensure requests are procured and accounted for accurately on company financials.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Drive financial education, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Analyze data to explain trends and variances from budget and forecast to upper management.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA in related finance field and 5-9 years of relevant experience, including biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel). Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
