Proclinical is seeking a Senior Accountant, Finance International to support the growth and expansion of operations in Europe and beyond. This role involves working closely with the Associate Director Finance, International, and will be based in the Zug office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and various analyses.
- Perform Balance Sheet and Income Statement account analysis and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with external accounting firms for the preparation and review of local statutory financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance requirements.
- Provide information to external auditors to ensure timely and efficient annual consolidated and local statutory audits.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as required.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a multinational company.
- Experience in the life sciences industry.
- Experience in a growth-stage company in an international environment, working with external and remote resources under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving ability and independent motivation.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems; experience with Oracle Fusion and Blackline is a plus.
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS accounting principles.
- Experience liaising with external statutory auditors and preparing statutory financial statements.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other main European languages is preferred.
- CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management is a plus.
