An internationally renowned pharmaceutical company is currently advertising a Solid Tumor Clinical Development AD to their office in Shanghai. This top 10 pharma company works across multiple sectors, including medical devices, pharmaceutical research, and consumer health. The vacancy offers an exciting opportunity to work with a company with over 100,000 professionals around the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Studying design, study protocol, and medical aspects of study conduct.
  • Interpreting clinical safety and efficacy data, CSR, etc.
  • Developing successful, collaborative relationships with the Global Tas.
  • Performing medical reviews of licensing candidates and coordination of personnel for due diligence and meetings with licensing partners.
  • Key matters may include clinical aspects regarding licensing deals, safety issues, development plans, Compound Strategies, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Master degree or above on Clinical Medicine, MD is preferred.
  • 10-12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience overall and/or at least five or more years of drug development experience are required.
  • Experience within a matrixed, multifunctional R &D organization.
  • Demonstrated ability of strategic thinking and contingency planning with respect to pharmaceutical objectives.
  • Demonstrable ability as a strategic thinker and capable of contingency planning.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
