An international pharmaceutical company is seeking to fill the position of SFE Manager to their office in Paris. This organisation specialises in providing innovation and far-reaching solutions for healthcare needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Country Manager in defining strategies of subsidiary analyzing the market, the competitive landscape, identifying potential threats and opportunities.
- Work with Marketing Manager and Field Force Manager on the definition of the annual Business Plan and Marketing Plan
- Monitor constantly the market, analyzing the sales data of the Competitors and defining together with the FF manager, the Area Manager and Marketing Manager the most appropriate actions to correct the trends and achieve the goals.
- Monitor constantly the activities of the Field Force (coverage, productive frequency etc ...) and define together with the Field Force Manager any corrective actions
- Define the guidelines for the Area Manager in the development and review of the process of "segmentation and targeting"
- Support the Sales Manager in sales targets definition in different areas in relation to the potential of the market, checking the progress of sales and the achievement of annual targets.
- Support the Area Manager in the definition of local Business Plan,
- Support the Sales Manager in assigning qualitative objectives to Area Managers
- Tile the Field force in the area, identifying the most critical areas of activity, in order to support the Area Manager to improve performance in the area.
- Produce in collaboration with the Finance function and Sales Manager, models of motivation and reward the Sales Force, ensuring the best return on investment in relation to the assigned budget and submit them for approval to the Managing Director.
- Plan and put in place, collaborating with Marketing manager and Sales Manager, all the marketing researches in order to provide AW Russia all information needed to improve the effectiveness of Field force and marketing dept.
- Develop and implement KPIs for Field force performance and efficacy analysis (performance review)
- Support Sales Manager in hiring process and training (coaching) programs development
- Develop and keep Field Force reporting system (physician data base, double visits, goals setting and performance)
- Ensure adherence to Global as well as local Standard Operating Procedures, policies and working practices
Skills and Requirements:
