Senior Scientist - AutoImmunity

Proclinical have an exciting opportunity at a biotech company that are developing theragnostic candidates for precision & personalized medicine in cancers and auto-immunity diseases. They are looking to extend the benefits of immunotherapy and in turn revolutionise the fight against cancer and immune-related diseases.

As a Senior Scientist in Autoimmunity, you will get the chance to:

• Develop lead molecules from discovery to late stage preclinical development and build their pipeline in autoimmunity
• Coordinate dedicated project team(s) composed of in-house and external experts, consultants & contractors as well as establish and manage academic collaborations and biotech/pharma partners.
• Report directly to the CSO

You will be expected to have:

• PhD in immunology with extensive experience in autoimmunity
• At least 3 years of experience in a biotech/pharma environment
• Experience in drug discovery/development of recombinant proteins/antibodies

And a solid expertise in:

• Ex-vivo human functional immunological assays related to autoimmune diseases
• Autoimmune animal models (including arthritis, lupus and EAE models)
• Mechanisms of multiple autoimmunity diseases
• Therapeutic antibody discovery/development
