ProClinical is advertising a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager - Women's Health position with a leading pharmaceuticals company that boasts over a century of experience in the medical technology field. This prestigious and internationally esteemed organisation is seeking a driven individual to join their office in London.

The Senior Project Manager will be expected to contribute to the company's culture of project group excellent. They will be the point of contact for designated projects and be responsible for delivering successful client relationships. They'll lead cross-functional planning, define project scopes, build resource requirements and create associated action plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading a cross-functional project team in global Women's Health Clinical studies in accordance with client specifications and contractual timelines.
  • Managing project study budgets, developing invoicing procedures, and training delivery timelines for the project team.
  • Directing all reporting on the progress of projects to company clients whilst monitoring and implementing QC activities as necessary.
  • Collaborating with business development to ensure a dedicated commercial aptitude, along with collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners to identify new avenues for growth.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in medicine, science, or equivalent work experience.
  • A qualification in Project Management is desirable, but non-essential.
  • Project Management experience with Clinical research.
  • Specific therapeutic experience within clinical studies in menopausal symptoms, urinary tract infections, contraceptive pills or endometritis, and a comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
