Senior Manufacturing Manager (Site Lead) - French Speaking

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Site Lead) who is fluent in French to join our client's team in the Wallonia Region, Belgium. This role focuses on leading a motivated team, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and driving growth opportunities. You will be responsible for managing operational processes and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles within a medical device environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a motivated, engaged team with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Exhibit confidence in answering questions about the manufacturing processes and technologies used at the facility.
• Stay informed about new product introduction projects and identify opportunities to drive further growth for the site.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's matrix leadership structure and its role in supporting the facility.
• Demonstrate expertise in operational profit and loss (P&L) management to facilitate effective monthly and quarterly reviews with the site's finance team and higher-level leadership.
• Prioritize employee engagement, development, training, and succession planning to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality at the source.
• Take ownership of site projects by leading and monitoring their execution, ensuring effectiveness, and addressing any anticipated shortfalls or discrepancies in timelines or budgets to align with the site's growth objectives.
• Deliver regular updates to Management on financial, operational, capability, and capacity statuses, collaborating with Finance, Quality, R&D, and other functional leaders as needed.
• Manage the implementation of operational processes to ensure effective production, material requirements, and resource planning.
• Bring proven experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles within a Medical Device manufacturing environment.
