Senior Manufacturing Disinfecting Associate

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Senior Manufacturing Aseptic Support Associate, based in Philadelphia, PA. The successful individual will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of GMP space and associated areas that manufacture Master and Working Cell Banks, within production facilities that manufacture Cell and Gene therapy products and final product fills according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

Responsibilities

• Work with Supervisor to ensure all associates are performing disinfection according to procedures/SOP's and regulatory standards.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain all spaces, surfaces and equipment.
• Responsible for the cleaning/sanitization solution and material preparation.
• Understands aseptic technique concepts/proper cleanroom behavior.
• Provides input and reviews validation documentation.
• Assists with the execution of validation activities.
• Order, schedule and receive gowning and cleaning materials.
• Revises, authors and reviews simple and complex SOPs.
• Improves the efficiency and execution of SOPs.
• Trains others on SOPs, equipment, all unit operations and non-manufacturing SOPs and systems.
• Develop technical documents such as non-conforming events and deviations.
• Possess basic computer skills and able to efficiently use basic Microsoft applications.
• Suggests, participates, leads and implements continuous improvement ideas.
• Assist Communication on updated organizational information on job expectations and supporting their work.
• Prepare and adjust work assignment schedule for team.

Skills And Qualifications

• High School diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience, or related AAS/AA/BA with 3+ years of experience.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for cGMP manufacturing facility.
• Ability to accurately and reproducibly perform arithmetic calculations including fractions, decimals and percentages and basic algebraic and geometric calculations.
• May be required to work holiday/off shifts based on manufacturing schedule.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Several physical attributes, including the ability to work with various chemicals/biohazards (and ability to wear PPE), ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. routinely, and ease and range of motion.
