Senior Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research

A leading biotechnology company is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager, Health Economics and Outcomes Research to their office in London. The company is known for their work in developing therapeutics that treat rare genetic diseases, some of which affect as few as 1000 people worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global business and support its commercial presence across Europe, along with other regions.

The Senior Manager will develop the value argumentation for a portfolio of marketed and pipeline programs. Their key activities will include evidence synthesis (including systematic reviews, health economic modelling, and outcomes research), as well as supporting reimbursement processes with the development of reimbursement dossiers and adaption of models.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contributing to evidence assessment to support the value argumentation.
• Developing evidence via systematic reviews and outcomes research.
• Developing and adapting health economic modelling for products.
• Supporting publications on evidence which supports the value argumentation.
• Supporting reimbursement and economic submissions across markets.
• Continuing innovation in approaches for HEOR in rare diseases.

Skills and Requirements:

• Health economic and scientific/healthcare background.
• Health economic experience in consulting and in industry, with preference for both.
• Experience with rare diseases.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
