Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Senior Business Analyst (Lab Digitisation) position with a global biopharmaceutical company. The organisation focuses on developing treatments in the fields of oncology, cardiovascular & metabolic disease (CVMD) and respiratory fields, as well as actively participating in the fields of autoimmunity, neuroscience, and infection. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative company whose medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing business analysis and design in a variety of complex situations, working strategically at an enterprise level on large scale business change with high levels complexity and risk.
  • Operating with a high level of interactive communication to set a clear direction for others, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Partnering with the Business Relationship Manager to ensure the quality of business cases, oversee business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established quality and compliance standards and customer experience needs.
  • Determining the process and requirements management methodology practices within their function, ensuring that the methodology, quality, and compliance standards are adhered to.
  • Contributing to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and design.
  • Mentoring other Business Analysts to develop their skills and sharing best practices in relevant communities of practice.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar or relevant capacity.
  • Good Market Knowledge (Customers and Competitors).
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
