Senior Analyst

Proclinical is working with a major international company providing outstanding market intelligence services for the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Financial and Consulting sectors who is seeking a Senior Analyst to be based in London on a permanent basis.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be willing to support client-facing activities to validate product concept and gather insights and increasingly take on project management responsibilities related to product development initiatives.

He/she will also be able to cope with tight deadlines and communicate to internal stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Reporting to Managing Analyst in the Product Development Team, the main focus of the Senior Analyst will be to support workstream lead on product design via research activities, client validation and project management of specific tasks. Workstreams will cover subject areas such as consensus forecast, company financials, pricing and market access, clinical trial intelligence data and statistics, epidemiological and patient level data analysis.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2-3 years of working experience either in a consultancy / service provider to life sciences industry - industry experience also valued
• Basic project management experience
• Basic knowledge of forecasting and asset valuation modelling
• Solid knowledge and experience in at least one of the core inputs of forecasting modelling - pricing and market access, analysis of epidemiologic and patient level data, clinical development data and statistics.
• PhD and/or academic background in life sciences
• Product/Service design experience
