Senior Account Executive

Proclinical, in support of our client, are seeking an individual to fill the role of Senior Account Executive, based in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complex science behind our clients' products and issues, as well as a grasp of the dynamic international marketplaces and cultures in which our global clients and network partners operate.

Responsibilities

• Support international project work carried out via network partners locally.
• Manage parts of the overall program/project for the client.
• Build relationships with international stakeholders, support network business development opportunities.
• Manage monthly global teleconferences.
• Assist in planning for Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Work closely with the marketing team to support social media channels, content strategy, and overall network growth.
• Conduct client background research, review reports on client outcomes and have the ability to assist in client meetings.
• Assist with the development of current client and new business program yearly plans, meeting/milestone plans and budgets.
• Manage network action items and initiatives, engaging and following up with international partners to ensure timely completion of projects, and communicating with client contacts regarding program oversight and project implementation, overseeing traditional and social media monitoring on behalf of the client and agency and reviewing media outreach and event reports.

Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in the professional public relations or public affairs arena.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Foreign language skills and experience working/studying in an international context preferred.
