Scrum Master

Proclinical are recruiting a Scrum Master for a consultancy organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Switzerland. The client is focused on intensive and novel in-house development.

Responsibilities:

• Train the Scrum team and facilitate them to arrange themselves and independently rendering to agile principles and roles.
• You will take measures to remove obstacles or conflicts and recognise possible for improvement within the team.
• Promote collaboration between shareholders and the scrum.
• Assist in further developing the overarching procedures and tool landscape.
• The ideal candidate will assist the team by arranging and enabling scrum ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in an electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or physics/chemistry field.
• Expertise and various years of experience in interdisciplinary product development.
• Familiarity with agile strategies in instrument/hardware projects.
• Knowledge on the value and fun factor of real lives agility.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive individual with the ability to assume responsibility.
